Morris Elite Soccer Club Appoints Frank Pajuelo as Girls Director

Morris County, NJ — Morris Elite Soccer Club proudly announces the appointment of Frank Pajuelo as Girls Director, marking a significant step forward in the club’s continued investment in the long-term growth and success of its girls program.

Frank brings over 25 years of coaching and leadership experience across youth, high school, and club environments. He  has coached
across competitive platforms including EDP, NPL, EA, and USL Academy providing a complete understanding of both player development and the demands of the modern game.

He holds a Master of Science in Educational Technology from Ramapo College of New Jersey and a Bachelor’s degree from New Jersey City
University. He is currently pursuing his U.S. Soccer Federation B License further strengthening his ability to build structured,
game-realistic training environments that support long-term player growth.

His appointment aligns directly with Morris Elite’s vision for the girls program.

As Girls Director, Frank will oversee all aspects of the girls program, including player development, coaching standards, and team structure, with a focus on building a consistent, game-realistic
training environment aligned with the demands of the modern game.

His appointment reinforces Morris Elite’s commitment to building a
true player pathway from foundational development through the senior
level with the Morris Elite USL-W Team serving as a key platform for
players aspiring to compete at the collegiate and pre-professional
levels. Morris Elite USL-W senior team is known as one of the best
female pre-professional franchises in the country.

Frank Pajuelo shared his vision:
