IDP Program

overview

The individual development program (IDP) is a program designed to assist players in their all-round soccer development.

The IDP will focus on the player specific aspects in:

  • Tactical – How a player reads and understands the game
  • Technical – How a player performs the fundamental techniques within passing, dribbling, control and shooting
  • Physical – How a player matches up to the physical demands of soccer (speed, power, strength, agility)
  • Psycho-social – How a player adapts & develops mentally & emotionally during training and games

    SUNDAYS |  9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/18 , 10/25

    6pm-7pm (U7-U10 Boys and Girls)
    7pm-8pm (U11-U14 Boys and Girls)
