IDP Program

overview

The individual development program (IDP) is a program designed to assist players in their all-round soccer development.

The IDP will focus on the player specific aspects in:

  • Tactical – How a player reads and understands the game
  • Technical – How a player performs the fundamental techniques within passing, dribbling, control and shooting
  • Physical – How a player matches up to the physical demands of soccer (speed, power, strength, agility)
  • Psycho-social – How a player adapts & develops mentally & emotionally during training and games

    Kushner Academy Gymnasium | 110 S Orange Ave Livingston, NJ

    This will be futsal style training on a hardwood surface. No cleats are permited, flat bottom turf shoes or sambas.

    Sundays 03/30, 04/6, 04/13, 04/27, 05/04, 05/11

  • TIME

    5:30-6:30 (2017-2014 Boys And Girls)

    6:30-7:30 (2013-2011 Boys and Girls)
